On behalf of ARIA, Arcology performed a detailed analysis of the customer needs for a music industry wide product database to be accessed online. Our analysis presented recommendations for a variety of solution scenarios involving a wide range of stakeholders.

Following this initial analysis, ARIA reengaged Arcology’s services to define the system requirements for a consolidated web application. The system was required to meet ARIA’s internal needs, as well as those of the music retailers and record companies.

The resulting benefits for ARIA included the removal of data-duplication, higher data accuracy and a more streamlined data management process.
